For over thirty years, we have tended to our beloved olive trees with passion and dedication. Our journey began in the spring of 1989, when we reclaimed some family-owned farmland along the Trieste coast, long abandoned and overgrown. The sheer beauty of the location, its ideal exposure, and the fertility of the soil inspired us to revive the ancient tradition of olive cultivation on these terraces overlooking the sea, which had been abruptly halted by harsh frosts a century before.

Since then, year after year, we have restored the old terraces and planted new olive trees, favoring native varieties such as the renowned Bianchera, which produces an intensely fruity oil rich in antioxidants. We also made the challenging decision to embrace organic farming principles, respecting nature and the environment completely. In our olive grove, we do not use pesticides, fertilizers, or any chemical products. The result is an organic extra virgin olive oil of exceptional quality.

Each drop contains our story and the love for the land that we cultivate with passion and dedication. For years, we carefully tended to our small family olive grove, a hidden treasure in a magical, timeless place, inaccessible to agricultural machinery. With our hands, we pruned, cared for, and harvested every olive, creating a deep connection with each tree.

In June 2022, we embraced a new challenge: acquiring a vast olive grove that opened the door to a world of biodiversity. Here, on the karst hills overlooking the sea, we proudly cultivate various native varieties from the northern Adriatic region – Bianchera, Grignan, Drobniza, Carbona, and Monticula – thus preserving a precious and unique olive-growing heritage.

Every day, we work with enthusiasm to bring to your table not only a high-quality olive oil but also the authentic flavor of our land and the richness of our tradition.
